im 11dpo today did a test yesterday bfn ! am i the only one who thinks this is never gonna happen and i might as well face facts. think im a bit sad today dont really know anybody in this forum but am constantly reading everyones posts ! i know i should be so gratefull as i already have a family but the thought of never having another baby is quite heartbreaking ! half of me thinks give up and just throw the towel in and go back on contraception so i dont have to face the heartbreak every month ! thanks for letting me whine lol

I feel exactly the same as you, everything you said rings true. Although I have a 10yr old from a previous relationship i am very thankful for , I feel so guilty that i cant give my new partner a child (his first). I have more and more moments lately where i want to give up but i just cant because i want it so much. How long have you been trying? We have been 'trying' for 2 and a 1/2 years now but found out in October my tubes were blocked. Had surgery on them in March so its like all this time we've been trying has been for nothing and we are back at square one but still with or the mental torture of the past.

Oh girl I know how you are feeling.

I'm 11dpo today did an ic this morning & got a BFN.

Am feeling fed up as my back has started to ache & I'm getting lower abdo pains + feeling emotional all signs that the witch is going to show. My cycles vary from 28/29 days so I'm not late until tomorrow!

What symptoms are you having? Maybe test again tomorrow or day after as your hsg levels may need to build up, thats what I plan to do if AF doesn't show.

omg i didnt want to put in that im trying with a new partner as people can be so judgemental lol but yep me n my new partner are trying we been together over a year ( but i known him since i was 14 lol ) and have not used anything as we`re both getting on (im 32 he`s 37 )we decided from day 1 that we wouldnt use contraception and if it happened then it happened . i feel guilty because i have 4 children so i should be happy , which i am dont get me wrong i just really would like one more for him and me ! hes also got 2 from a previous relationship so we both know we can . it just isnt happening . back at xmas i missed two periods really thought it was it but it just turned out they were missing periods ! had to go to the doctors and have hormone tests and they said everything was fine so i dunno . think im getting impatient with the whole situation to be honest . sorry about your blocked tubes but least you had them sorted now hopefully you will get a bfp ! are you in the tww at the moment ???

lexus15 i havent really noticed any symptoms to be honest, odd twinge here and there , bit of belly ache but i suppose it could be af thats why i try not to symptom spot ...a girl could go mad lol let us know how you get on sending you baby dust xxx

Yes Im about 4dpo today but dont feel hopeful at all. We have never used protection either, im 30 and my partner is 36. Hopefully it will happen for us both very soon. As my o/h keeps telling me 'All good things come to those who wait' (think he jut trying to make me feel better lol) bless him.

yea but how long do we have to wait ! wish a date would just drop in my lap of when im going to catch or something lol i know its the cheats way but least i could get on with life every month its murder ! sex is becoming a chore the whole time im having it im thinking i wonder if this will be the one ( lol sorry if its tmi ) and i dont wanna be like that lol oh well hopefully our bfp are just around the corner

i know how u feel,im on my 15th month ttc #1 and it just feels like everyone around me is pregnant or waving new borns in my face.if u already have a family then obviously everythings fine so stay positive as much as u can,i know its easier said than done x

Mine says exactly the same! This is my 14th cycle and I am well and truly fed up. I didn't ever dream it would take this long I am only 23 and hubby is 26 so we feel that at our age it should just happen but obviously not!

I think they mean well but i dont think men will ever really understand the full extent of what feels like mental torture we go through.
