so I am on like day 55 of my cycle. I have been cramping pretty bad since LAST monday (so 8 days now) feeling like it is going to start
ALL tests are a big fat negative
my nipples (just the nips) hurt like H. E. Double hockey sticks my acne is fabulously awful
I went to my dr a few months ago (when I still had insurance) and I told her I was 99% sure I had PCOS (over growth of hair - funky periods etc) and she didnt want to do anything about it
is there anything _I_ can do without her??
my periods usually come between days 36-42 - but they keep getting longer, I never know when they are coming, and the PMS symptoms, well, they just suck.
any help would be lovely
