I sometimes get EWCM during the few days before my most fertile times, but it's usually not too, too much and switches to very wet/watery CM for the day before O and the day of O itself. (TMI: Sometimes it is enough watery that I have to wear a pantyliner or soak through my clothing...) A lot of sites try to say EWCM is the most fertile, but that's not really the case. For some women, EWCM is their most fertile, for others, watery trumps EWCM. Most researchers say that for CM, the thinner and more clear it is, the more fertile it is. Sperm can most easily penetrate very thin CM. If you are having watery CM, that is totally fine. The sperm will be very happy with it.
