excruciating back pain? Any advice

hey ladies,

im currently 29+5 weeks pregnant and for the past couple of weeks my back has been so painful, yesterday i couldnt get off the sofa for 3 hours and needed help to get out of bed, today luckily iv been able to walk but the pain isnt much better.
so far iv tried walking so it doesnt seize up, painkillers, heat bag on the painful part of my back, massage, NOTHINGS worked

any suggestions?
any advice will be soo appreciated right now,

I really feel for you as i'm 10 days behind you and feel the same, well I'm not suffering as much but still everyday, and at the moment i'm back at work too so its difficult!! I have no remedies... apart from going to the doc and seeing if you can get some physio!

thanks hun, sorry you have to put up with it to, i had physio in my last pregnancy for it (it was no where near as bad) but it seemed to make it worse, think ill have to grin and bear it, fingers crossed yours improves
