Hi Everyone.

I've been temping for 3 cycles, including this one. This cycle, I started exercising to lose weight and get into better shape. The last two cycles, have shown that I ovulated on day 18 and 17. This month is not showing ovulation. The only difference this month is exercising.

Has anyone experienced this? Will I just skip a period and hopefully ovulate later in this cycle?
 
Its possible. Sometimes a new workout regimine will throw you cycles off. It happens.

Fingers crossed you get an ovulation soon.
