Exercise and IUI

Hi Everyone,

Anybody have any advice on whether you should exercises after an IUI? I am currently in the 2ww and want to continue going to the gym. My Dr. said I could go on with my normal activities but I want to make sure.

Hey, I'm not completely sure, but didnt want to read & run! AFAIK, moderate exercise is fine, but nothing too strenuous.....
