Some advice please I have about 4 stone to lose after having a baby 6months ago!! I'm breastfeeding at the moment and plan to continue until he is 12-18months. Unfortunately I haven't been lucky enough to lose the weight while breastfeeding despite maintaining a healthy diet!! I don't want to mess with my diet too much as I don't want to affect my milk supply so I'm planning on exercising each day to hopefully start shifting the lbs!! I've only got enough room and money for one piece of equipment?! But can't decides between an exercise bike or a cross trainer?
Any advice would be gratefully received???
