I already have the 30 day shred which im going to try and get back into, but id like to have more options as doing the 30ds every day gets so boring & jillian really pisses me off.

So any recommendations? Or do you have an exercise regime without using dvds? I was considering getting an exercise bike or something similar, but dont think ive got the room..

Wish i could go to zumba but have no one to watch jacob :(

way before i was preggers i was a size 20 and 15 n half stone, i dieted (special K cereal, special K minibreaks, bananas, set meals etc) with My Fitness Pal and i tried a few DVDs

I tried one of those '10 mins' ones it was crap, coleen nolans one was AWFUL, ministry of sounds are too fast paced for learning although the music is superb, they're more concentrated on the bints in the lycra...was like soft blimmin porno.

BUT! my fave and i still have it was 'Vicky Binns' as in molly from corrie, - i forget the title (its in me back room lol) and its like a dancersize/cardio boxing one and its split into 3 sections so you don't have to do the WHOLE thing. The instructor is fab,it feels like its a good pace and after about 2 months i dropped 2 dress sizes and got down to 13 stone ;) - but if you want a good 'OMG PAINFUL' dvd, nowt beats Davina!

Is it called 'Dance it off'? I've just looked on play.com and it's £4.40 with free delivery!

YES! lol (this is what i get for moving house and not unpacking for a year ) haha! it is that one, silver cover, i loved it, im investing in a kinect too for dance central :D i just find dancing is the best way to burn off fat - oh and just to add, make sure you have room and you have to do the 'grapevine' move in one part, so you may need most of your living room  xxx

I've got just dance 3 for kinect but get bored after a while. Think I'll invest in the DVD

My favourites are:
From Jillian:
30 Day Shred
Ripped in 30
Kickbox Fast Fix (only 20 minutes so GREAT if you're short for time)

I also love P90!

TTCBean!...so you line the 30 day shred...good..mine should be here soon...I heard great things about p 90 x too.

I looked at the zumba dvds, but theyre quite a bit more pricey than the others, wasnt sure if it was worth it.
Lots of great suggestions, thanks!
Need to get my lazy tush moving
