Hi everyone,

I finally had a natural period! Yeah thats right - a natural one finally! I have annoying PCOS and have not had a normal period for the past years. Sometimes I have little bleeding or spotting or nothing and other times when I did have it, it was due to medications to start the period.

Anyways I dont know what it is was that made it happen, I did some workouts good like 2 hours workout a day for 4 days then I got the cramps and started my periods. I got so happy even though I got the cramps but it was seriously after years! I felt like a woman! haha

Has anyone else experienced this? Does exercise make the period come?

xx

I dont think their is any proved papers on this, its suppose to be safe to exercise (within reason) during 2ww so I would think not

If you have PSOS has your exercising caused weight loss?

if so then that can be well know for helping kick start the cycles in ladies with PSOS

congrats on the natural though

Thanks JJKCB! How are you? How you been?

Im not on on my 2ww. The exercising has helped in weight loss. I lost nearly a stone. I need to get into good routine before 2nd round of IVF.

Well I started today my second round of IVF hence Im back on B&B. (Thats 2 months of pills then the injections)
