Exercise while TTC and 2WW

Hi OH and I have decided that we are going to start running a few times a week to keep fit.
But I am a bit concerned whether this is safe to do.
Also I am cd 29 on 28-32cycle with sore breast and can't face my tea in the mornings.
I might just be over concerned but after 2 m/c in the last year I don't want to cause another.
Please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
 
I think it's safe to continue exercise during TTC and 2ww if you've already been doing it regularly and if you're not at increased risk for miscarriage. I would walk instead of jogging and running, unless your body is already used to it.
 
It's totally safe to keep exercising:winkwink: I have a 5 months old who moves a lot and likes to kick my belly, and little bean is still there. Not to mention carrying the stroller up and down the stairs, all the bending and the walking. I am sorry for your losses, and believe me, they were not caused by anything you did:hugs:
