Exercise whilst ttc

Last year when i went to a gp appointment none ttc related he told me to start exercising regularly to help aid conception.

My question is what is your excercise rechime if any.

I currently do 4 classes a week and was not sure weather this is ok or in need to do more?
 
Well i'm doing a hour a day on my wii fit aswell as weights and running! i also have a exercise bike, stepper and walker. i have this bike thing aswell that twists ur body at the same time. i do them every other day cos dont want to do to much. i do between 20-40 sit ups aswell trying to do more. i'm on slimming world aswell

i think u can do as much as u want and then when u get ur bfp cut out things that are to much on ur tummy like sit ups etc...

I work out 3-4 times a week - cardio and weights. I find it helps with the stress of ttc and making my cycles more regular.
