Hey there!
I just wondered what everyone is doing exercise-wise? I'm usually pretty active - before lockdown, I regularly went to yoga, barre and spinning classes and I am a climber. I had kept up the yoga and barre online but only managed to go climbing (outside) the other week for the first time and have this week resumed my usual gym routine (actually did two classes today which felt great...shattered now though!)
I think barre might be perfect exercise actually due to the fact it strengthens the pelvic floor
How do you guys keep fit?
