My Dr told me 'to an athletes standard' I would interperate that to be everyday and enough that you feel properly knackered afterwards! It's bad for your heart rate to get above 150 from what I've read.
Thanks very much, that's great to know I def wouldn't be at athletes level of fitness my mum has me paranoid about doing exercise as it was her doctor friend said about not doing very much xox how are you? Xox
