Experiencing nausea for the first time 2 weeks post mc

Hey all. On October 25 I started to miscarry with my first pregnancy (7+1weeks). By the 28th, all was passed naturally and I had an ultrasound to confirm it. I was told to wait a week for the bleeding to stop before ttc again. The past 3 days, I have been experiencing crazy nausea, which was the one symptom I didn't have while I was pregnant. I have been waking up dripping in sweat, and the vivid dreams have returned. I have read it's possible to get pregnant again right after miscarriage, but I can't find anything about my new nausea forming after miscarriage. I go for more bloodwork tomorrow, but I won't be seeing a dr. Can anyone shed some light on my situation as to what you've experienced? Thank you in advanced

Sorry for your loss...did you get your blood work back? I would think you'd need to ovulate first before you could get pregnant and that doesn't seem like enough time.
