expressing question?

Yesterday i expressed 1 oz, today another 2, could i add them together? or am i better off giving her 2 bottles of the 1 and 2 oz? x

not sure, but i know you're only meant to keep expressed milk in the fridge for 24 hours. if i express in the morning i sometimes add more later that day, but dont know what the reccomendations are for mixing 2 different days milk together... hope someone can help. x x x

They say you should only mix milk from the same day and that it has to be at the same temperature before you mix it. I would say if you have expressed them both within 24hrs or so then they are fine to mix.

Breast milk lasts a good 3-6 days at the back of a cold fridge tho

yeh i mix them but make sure you leave them in the fridge to go cold, then mix them just before feed, shake well together then heat up
