Extreme dizziness

Has anyone had this? I'm 4+6. Last night I suddenly got extremely dizzy and the whole room was spinning unless I was on my left side laying down. I've woken up this morning, not as dizzy now, but still very light headed and feeling really terrible. Is this normal? Could something be wrong?

I suffer from vertigo while prego or breastfeeding. Hormones and increased fluids can affect balance. I now use Physio therapy to massage jaw which helps drain fluids from ear and it works like a charm. But, watch your glucose levels as well as they can cause dizziness too. Check first with your care provider for common causes. Make sure you drink plenty and are well hydrated. Do you experience hearing loss or tinnitus with dizziness?

I'm 5 wks tomorrow, i've been having dizziness for the last week. I think it's totally normal
