I broight a HappyLand rocket from ebay for Lous bday, it arrived today and one of the bloody doors is broken off.

I have emailed the seller but alreafy have a feeling I will get fobbed off with some stupid excuse. Lous bday is Sat so now have to try and buy him a new one while being worse off because of some idiot who didnt list a fault on a listing!! Grrrrrrrr

File a claim on ebay and paypal, they will get you your cash back!!. People shouldnt be allowed to get away with doing this to people!. x

I'm not sure what the rules of ebay are in the UK but here in the US if you file a claim with a faulty product they will return your money no questions asked. Paypal will pull the money from the seller's account and place back into yours.
