Has anyone used them? Anyone know if they are bad for evaps or false positives?

Online but I think Walgreens may sell them

Well it looks like they're a blue-dye test, and those are prone to issues. If you got a possible positive with that test, I'd confirm with a pink dye one. I've used Dollar Tree ones without issues before.

Also the sensitivity on the fact plus is 40mIU. Not terribly sensitive.

I got a very faint positive. Struggling to tell if it's positive or evap so I will use a pink dye
