Fairly challenging exercise class in 2ww?

Would love to do a spinning class in the morn but am just into my 2ww and my acupuncturist told me not to overheat my body.... what does everyone think??
 
When we were TTC, I researched everything! And from all of my books, they said that while in the 2ww you are completely fine to do normal exercise. It's not until you are pregnant that you aren't supposed to go overboard with the working out (but if you already are in great shape you can continue with your normal workouts other than ab exercises until you feel that it's not comfortable anymore). Personally, I think you are okay to take your spinning class and once you get your BFP you can make your decision on what you want to do. And no amount of exercise/shaking will affect implantation. So enjoy your workout. ;)
