Fallow up on my blood work IS THIS NORMAL?

I had blood work done last week as part of my pre-natal screening and the Drs office called yesterday saying I could come in anytime they want to do a fallow up on my blood work does this mean there is something wrong? I'm SO worried now.

Hiya did u ask wot they wanted to follow up on? I would be like u worried as I'm a right worry wart!! They could be checking iron levels again as maybe u were border line? And u may need iron tablets I know wen I had blood work doctor wanted to see me after them I was capping myself turned out I needed iron tabs and he wanted a repeat blood test 2month later just to check them again I had them done but neva had my results lol u will b ok keep ua updated xx

Yeah haha i'm fine she said I have really low iron anemia but everything else is good. I thought it was something really serious.
