just saw another thread that reminded me to post this!!

I got a letter yesterday asking me to ring the office to make sure they've got the most up to date information that they can because otherwise we might end up being over/under paid

Me being paranoid... well it worried me a bit as we only submitted out renewal a couple of months back for this year and it had our P60 figures as well. I did it over the phone but we got a pack with new figures etc sent through

Again me being paranoid, I think it sounds as if they've found something out and they think we owe them money. If they are going to cut our payments we're absolutely screwed because we can't afford to pay for Seth's nursery without them, and we can't afford for me not to work.

Theres nothing Ive told them thats false Im just worried because they asked for my last years wage and it was about half of this years because I was on maternity leave...

Was just wondering if anyone else has got this letter and what happened?

Thanks in advance in a bit of a panic I dont actually know what we'd do if they cut our payments we'd be absolutely screwed....

I wouldnt pay much notice hun we've had various letters from them this past week, and rang them only to find something is wrong with their systems and they didnt mean to send the letter at all

dont worry, periodically they send out those kind of letter to 'remind' people to declare changes. you'd be suprised the amount of people that call up and inform of changes months later because 'they didnt know they had to tell them' !!!
