I received my European Health cards back today and rememberd about your post.

Although you dont fill out an individual form just for Oliver and just fill in the details for him as a dependant child on your application he too will actually receive his own E111 card.

Before I was on the understanding that they would be listed on your but obviously not. Silly me .
