Hi Guys.
Well my wedding is all booked for may 2014 so only thing left to do is to loose some weight.
Starting today I currently weigh 13 stone 6 and I am a size 14/16 My tummy is completely flat it is my hips that is my problem area
I will be doing my own healthy eating and exercises.
I lost 7lb when I started running 2 weeks ago so I'm hoping I can keep that stamina and loose a lot more.
I will be doing the C25K app and also 30 day shred.
I will report my weigh in's on here on a weekly basis and will add pics at a later date too!!
