fed up, need a rant. no need to read.

im so fed up of not being able to eat.. im just not hungry, if i eat i throw up pretty much instantly.
im not doing it on purpose.

i cant sleep, nytol helped but read up some bad stuff about side effects if taken for long periods of time.. they no longer help now anyway!

my doctor just fobbs me off because i get free prescriptions.. i dont know what to do, am at the end of my teather & refuse for LO to be taken off me because im soo weak i cant look after her...

his option of 'help' is changing my pill/contraception so i dont know if im coming or going with it.. im sure hes overdosing me with it!

the flats a friggin mess because i just dont have the energy to do anything about it, i feel bad as i used to sit with LO at dinner & eat a meal but now i run off after to be sick & dont want LO picking up on it...

Dont be offended hun, but i was like that, i had practically zero appetite, was having trouble sleeping and i was suffering anxiety / depression, my doc put me on citalopram and slowly my appetite increased and i began to sleep better, not saying you have depression as it could be alot of things but it sounds similar to how i was, and i know tablets arnt always the anser but i would tell your doc everything and see what they say, its hard work being a single mom and sometimes we dont look after ourselves enough, hope you feel better soon x

ive told my doctor im really down & feel depressed etc..
he just wont listen.

ive changed to a totally different surgery now & got an appointment tomorrow.
hopefully they will help! xxx

my new doctor is amazing..

she gave me anti depressants,
sleeping tablets,
gave me a food diary & a weight diary & ive got to take it back next week.
and then from there shes going to figure the best option, either get me into a food clinic or tablets.
Shes trying to get all my info from my old doctors of what hes prescribed & when etc,
but shes pretty sure its the chopping & changing of the pill thats messed my head up as well as everything else!

I gave birth 11days ago and have completely lost my appetite!

I will be starving, so I will eat, then 2 mouthfuls and I will be full, but then I will be starving again an hour later!! I don't know why it is happening, but it is annoying!
