feeding through the pain of mastitis

Should be a definition of love. I now have one breast twice the size of the other and every time I feeddd it feels like razor blades :, (

I hope to see a doctor today asi feel dreadful. My whole body aches and I am so weak . my head is pounding. I keep massaging the sore spot but it's not helping.

Massive hugs I know how you are feeling, getting baby to feed as much as possible from that boob even though its agony and massage the boob at the same time, also try a bath with a hot flannel on your boob while expressing, this helps, plenty of fluids and bed rest cleared it up in 24 hours for me. Hope you feel better soon xx

On antibiotics now only seem to express 1/4 ounce.

Tried massage and so far no difference. I worry my supply in that breast is diminishing.
