just over a month into this healthy eating and exercising and so far i'm 5 pounds down and feel healthier :) I'm a bit sad that my clothes aren't much slacker and my weight hasn't gone down that much but i'm so proud of myself for sticking with it :happydance: I feel better than i have in such a long time :thumbup:
 
Wonderful job! It gets easier the longer you do it, too. :)

Just keep at it and you'll be clothes shopping before you know it! (Which will become dangerous... I used to only buy one or two items out of everything I would try on. I did some early summer shopping last night and bought almost everything I tried on. I'm glad my husband just laughed when I walked through with the door four shopping bags. :coffee:)
 
5 pounds in about a month is no small feat. And sticking with it for a full one month is an even bigger accomplishment.

It's funny how weight loss doesn't happen steadily. You can lose 5 pounds in a week and then it takes a month to lose the next 5. Don't give up before you reach your goals. You can do it!
 
Thanks :) I'm 10 pounds down now, can't believe it I am so proud of myself i could actually cry, finally think i have figured my eating habits out! Have a bit more control over what i eat, like if i feel sad i dont go to the fridge now i go on my bike to keep my mind off it :thumbup: I can now get the shorts i want up, and if it suck in i can get 1/4 of the buttons up :) really hope that by the time june comes ill be a full size down :happydance:
 
Good job! The little steps will add up to be huge over time. Keep going! Progress is progress! Three months from now you'll thank yourself :)
