Feel rubbish

I'm having a bad day today

I can't think straight, do anything other than what absolutely has to be done, had a flat battery in my car as I left my lights on!!! And to top it off just had a row with OH all because I got upset that he knew we had to have the poem ready for the buriel next week with the chaplain tommorrow and I had to deal with it all myself today, I could hardly speak to her as I was crying so much, specially when she said we could carry baby in the casket if we wanted to - oh it's just getting the better of me now, will I ever feel ok again.

Sorry, rant over, hopefully tommorrow will be a better day.

Thanks ladies, hugs to you all.

I'm pleased to say today was a better day. I went back to work and managed to stay all day, only had two little tearful episodes and managed to get a little bit done, I am lucky to work for a company who value me and have been a great support.
