Feel scared...

So a few months ago when Brooke was only 2-3 months we were sitting in our living room and we got this knock on our window. OH went to open the door but I got all wary and said open the window, so he did. Anyways there was a man there who wad clearly drunk/high and he was trying to chat to my OH. I wasn't okay with it but he was just out of his face charting nonsense. But then he went on to say he had just got out of prison so I got dead scared and told OH to tell him to go now. He then started getting funny and wouldn't let OH shut the window. It has a fire safety lock and he was trying to undo it and get in. Absolutely terrified I called the police and he ended up going away. No problem after that. I was just shook up with having the baby in the house. A few days later we were leaving our house to go out and we recognised him at our neighbours and when he had left I went over to explain what had happened and ask who he was etc. She said he was a friend of her partners and they were just giving him somewhere to stay for a few week data until he's housed. She said she was gonna speak to him and make sure he stays away from us as he has something mentally wrong and wasn't taking his medication properly. All fine again. Up till last week the guy has been staying there and didn't leave and started taking advantage so they kicked him out. He's smashed their door, frightened their kids, threatened them and has been generally pretty intimidating them. He's also threatened to my neighbor if she didn't let him stay again he would try my house again. I'm scared tbh. Nothing has happened yet but for the last 3 nights a police helicopter has been flying over my house. It was out till 3am this morning. It's light was shining out onto a field area behind mine where my neighbour said he was camping out. I just wonder why there out and whether he has done something very serious sending a helicopter out that many times and for that time period. Uhh. I'm scared he's gonna come back

I would definitely be worried too hun. Just make sure all your windows and doors are locked and that you keep a phone with you at all times just in case x

Aww hun he sounds like a right maniac, no wonder you're scared, I'd be terrified He sounds like a dangerous man smashing their door and threatening them. I am wondering why your neighbour would let this kind of person stay with her family and kids! I noticed you'd put on Facebook the other night about the police helicopter, I wonder if it was looking for him? I hope they've found him. I hope you're ok hun xxx

Thanks girls! I'm glad I'm not over thinking it. I'm keeping my doors locked and windows shut after dark. I was wondering the same about the helicopter. But a few closes over not last night but the night before over 50 cars tyres were slashed! I hope it's to do with that but 3 nights seems a lot and I was speaking with someone who said they caught that person. I don't know it's not like where I live is that rough either. I wonder if he had anything to do with it. X

I really hope they've caught him! Maybe it will say something in your local newspaper what it was all about, and once you know you'll feel less anxious xx

Maybe call 101 and just explain what been happening. tell them u know he is camping out in the field behind you and you want to know if anyone else has reported this. if not i would report what happened so they have a record then u can call if something happens and they will come asap because they know the problem.

My neighbors had the police out the other day and he's well known to the police so I know they would come out. They came out within 10 mins each time so I feel relieved of that! Just wish I knew where he was or if he's been arrested x

hunny he's prob done this to a lot of people and has totally forgot about you. To make yourself feel better maybe call the police and have a word.

Just keep your doors locked, curtains closed and you will be fine x

Huge hun, that sounds scary, lets hope they have arrested him, i'm surprised the police haven't been round to let you know though. Like others have said just keep your doors and windows locked and keep a phone on you xxx

Thanks girls. I feel better today. The helicopter was out again last night about 9pm but was not as close and went soon after!
