Feel so ill

My dr said that being pregnant means your body is well, so why do I feel so ill?

Hope you feel better soon, I've lost 6kg in 6 weeks due to MS and not bring able to bloody eat. It's driving me nuts! I'm hoping 13 weeks will bring some sort of relief for me.
