I've been told I have an anterior placenta so it's cushioning movements. I've felt her for a few weeks but tonight my husband felt her for the first time on the outside 😊 and I can too x such a lovely feeling x

Congrats! I too have an anterior placenta and couldn't wait until OH could feel the movements too. Mine was about the same as yours which for a first time pregnancy (this far) and the anterior placenta was pretty early I think! It's a beautiful feeling
Ditto! First pregnancy, anterior placenta. I felt the baby kick around week 21, and DH felt the baby around week 23/24. It seemed strongest when I was laying on my side.
I must admit, feeling our baby kick wasn't what I was expecting. It didn't feel like a flutter or popcorn popping. More like a subtle nudge. As if something inside just tapped me. I brushed it off at first, then it became more routine and I knew what it was. I guess with an AP, we skip the lovely "flutters" and quickening stage and move directly to jabs, kicks and rolling.
