We're a lesbian couple who have been trying since January with a donor we found online. We had one early miscarriage but no other success.

We have been taking a break since November as I have been diagnosed with PCOS and put on Metformin for it. I wanted to give the meds chance to get into my system. We're also going to Florida in October and I didn't want to be too pregnant to go.

Today I fund out that my donor has possibly been talking to some of his other recips about me, and has described me as "infertile". I'm offended by this so I think we're going to be looking for a new donor.

Between PCOS and this new donor problem I fear that this is never going to happen for us.

Does anyone know any donors in London?

Hiya, we haven't been tryibg long but I know how you feel about thinking it will never happen and I feel your pain with the donor problem. We are also looking for a new donor at the moment as our donor suddenly started suggesting NI! We also found out he was donating to way more couples than we previously knew about which we only found out when we registered on a different site and found him on there as well, it was like a forum site so we got an idea of how many offspring he already had from reading his posts.

We are now using fsdw and there seems to be lots of genuine donors on there.

Still feeling like our dream of a little one is so far off. It feels unachieveable. Really does...
