Have woken up today and feeling okay so far. The boobs don't feel as sore as they did and I don't have big twinges. I know things change as time goes on but it all makes me worry. How very silly!!
I wondering whether the morning sickness will get me big time at a really inappropriate moment!!
First midwife appointment is on 4th May. No idea what happens there but we shall see and looking forward to it.

Congratulations!
How far pregnant are you?
My morning sickness well actually it was afternoon sickness started at 6wks & ended at 14wks.

Hiya
I thought that... Two weeks ago I woke up one morning and everything was back to normal, I though oh god :-(.

But then 5 days later BANG it was back double!!!!! It has not calmed down abig but still want to go to sleep at about 2pm.

So I would say just enjoy the break as it will prob come back :)

Congratulations by the way!
Xx

Thanks both!
About six weeks - so really early days - and quite scary! I keep expecting to go to the loo and find blood on the tissue - paranoia!
I feel nauseous every now and then - especially when driving! Not very convenient.
Not yet been sick though! I had a few moments earlier when people were eating and this morning I was so hungry I felt quite sick.
It's my first ever BFP and I'm trying to stay positive!
Just wish I had someone sitting on my shoulder explaining every twinge!

HPMINI, I understand completely how you feel. First ever BFP for me too and I can tell you, I am feeling everything you are!

The nausea is a comfort at times (strange I know!!!) because when I feel perfectly normal I start becoming concerned if everything is okay. Usually I have queasiness throughout the day so it is noticible when it is absent.

Like you, it becomes worse while driving so I now keep plastic bags in the car- Just in case!!!

I don't think I've ever paid attention to every slight change in my body as I am doing now!

Hi Celestine
It is a comfort to have people in the same boat as me (so to speak!).
I'm alright today but I do wonder yesterday when I felt a little bit off it was when people were eating stuff in front of me and today I have only gone for bland stuff.
I can't work out whether my sense of smell is in my mind now or whether stuff is stronger. Can't remember how it felt before.
Yesterday I did ten pin bowling although a colleague in the know said I shouldn't. I did use the lightest ball. All the getting up and sitting down did make me feel a bit dizzy though.
I just need lots of reassurance and I will be so pleased when we meet milestones.

I put a similar post up in the first tri as i was also worried about symptons going but believe you me they don't go for long, i started to worry when i felt normal and was so relieved when they came back. The nausea went around 12 weeks but the others have stayed with me.

Maybe I should quit the worrying (not easy) and just consider that I am currently at this moment okay on the whole symptoms thing!! Positive thinking needed!

Been sitting with my legs up on the sofa too long and got up too quickly! Bit of stomach cramping, momentary worry - but all back to normal. Fingers crossed. Will get up slower next time!

I went through this a few weeks ago, exact same. Woke up rested, boobs not sore, not super bloated, no nausea, so I PANICKED! Talked to all my new moms about it and they all said it was normal. I went for one of those paid ultrasounds that they do, just to be sure, and all was fine. Baby was kicking and moving around.

I've been told to enjoy when you feel good, because it won't last long. So that's what I'm doing, just trying to take in ALL of the feelings, experiences and emotions of this crazy journey - all the while holding my breath that everything will be OK.

Best of luck to you! I'm sure you'll feel some re-assuring symptoms soon.
