Feeling very low today

I'm on cd19 after 150mg of clomid. Been temping but I'm not sure how much I can trust my temps due to a horrible sleep pattern.
Cbfm has been constantly low and no smiley face either. Lasts nth I ov cd19 I know it won't always be the same day but this mornings low reading has hit me hard. My cycles range from 30- 46days.
