I had one the 22nd. The day of, I was very weak and floaty feeling. Didn't feel much cramping, until later that evening, but took a vicodin so I didn't have to deal with it. My bleeding has been really light (lighter than period). Also, the first three days I felt bruised about an inch above my pubic bone (obviously due to the procedure). It was more at night when I would feel the cramps, but they weren't that bad, definitely lighter than period cramps. Watch your movement though, because even though you may be feeling good, activity can really agitate your body. For example, 4 days after D&C I took a trip to the grocery store. I forgot something in the freezer aisle, so I walked (very fast) back to get it. I then went home and brought a heavier item I had bought into the house. BAD IDEA! I started getting really bad cramping and had to lay down on couch and not move. It was pretty bad. So just be careful even though you may think you're alright.
About one week after, I started getting bad gas pains (not flatulence, but just pains inside my stomach and lower region.) I was told it could be due to the air that gets inside your body during the procedure. It lasted 4 days, and now I'm pretty much back to normal. About 3 times a day I'll get a pain in my uterus, but that's okay.
Have a good recovery
