Femara Cycle days 3-7 vs 5-9

I've tried two other forums with no response so giving it a shot here.

I've been on femara on cycle days 5-9 for four cycles now and this is my last cycle before we switch to another method. I was considering trying it on cycle days 3-7 this cycle just to see how it goes. does anyone prefer one over the other or have more of a success rate with either?

switching days doesnt guarantee a BFP. What does your DR say?

I always did day 3-7, but didn't have success with my IUIs. But, I did have good response from one follicle the first 3 times, and when I upped to the highest dose did get 2 follicles the last time taking it 3-7. I would go based on your doctor's recommendation though, not sure what the difference between the days is.

I've always done days 5-9 and have responded every time I've had at least two follicles. But no pregnancy. I saw a new doctor in the same clinic and she said days 3-7 so I tried that this cycle. I still had 2 follicles. I read somewhere (don't know how accurate) that pregnancy rates were higher in days 3-7. Either way if it didn't work this cycle we are switching to cloned and possible IUI

I haven't had success yet. But I'm taking it 3-7 and got 3 follicles this cycle. I wasn't monitored the last 3 cycles so I can't say how I responded then, but it was probably 2-3 each time.

probably so. my body has responded the same every time we just haven't been successful in getting pregnant yet.
