Well finished round 2 of Clomid, and my OBGYN called yesterday to tell me that it didn't work again, and that I'm not responding to it as my blood work results came in and my progesterone level went even lower then it was before. First round it went from 1.4 to 1.8 and I was on 50mg days 5-9. This round it went back down to 1.3 and I was on 50mg days 3-11.
So my dr said from their standpoint, there was nothing else they can do for me so they referred me to a fertility specialist and said the next step would most likely be to put me on Femera. My first appointment with that dr is in 2 weeks, so trying to get some knowledge before I go in.
So was just wondering if anyone has had experience with this for treating low progesterone. I heard there's less side effects which is great because I was a basket case on the Clomid. But I'm really hoping at I'll have a better response to this then I did with the Clomid.
