I was just wondering how much fenugreek you are taking daily?

I used to take 2 tablets 3 times a day until supply was up, then 1 tablet 3 times a day

As above. I make lactation cookie now. I got fed up smelling of fenugreek from every pore.

I only take 1 casule 3x a day. Oatmeal helps with supply too - not the instant kind.

When I was taking it, my lactation consultant told me 3 pills 3x a day or until you smell like maple syrup lol And oh man did my supply bulk up

Thanks i wad told only take 2 pills a day, baby boy is almost 4 months and i have such am issue with giving him formula. Makes me feel kinda useless, i guess
