So this month will be our third month TTC. I know it takes most healthy couples up to a year to conceive. Last month I used Fertility Blend Sp-1 by Solaray but obviously didn't conceive. Should I use it again this month? My worry is throwing off my cycle because I'm already regular and am wondering now if "I shouldn't fix what isn't broken." Has anyone had success with this blend when trying in the early stages with a regular cycle?
