A friend of mine used an at-home fertility test and found it to be quite accurate.
One of the main pros of at-home fertility tests is that they can provide insight into your fertility status without having to go to a fertility clinic for testing. However, one of the main cons of at-home fertility tests is that they may not provide a complete picture of your fertility health. For example, some tests may only measure one or two hormones, which may not be sufficient to diagnose certain conditions or issues. Additionally, at-home tests may not be as accurate or reliable as tests performed by professionals, although this will be changing in the AI tools era (an example here). You also need to remember to store data to access them anytime you need.
