fertilty vitamins when on period

do you guys still take them while on period or do you wait till af has finished?

What exactly are you referring to? The only one i dont take is dong quai as it can cause heavy bleeding. Everything else I take up until ovulation. I take maca, serrapeptase, vitex, motherwork, cinnamon and poria.

I take Seven Seas "Trying to have a Baby" (or something like that) vitamins, and it has never occurred to me to stop taking them during AF - I just carry on taking one every day. They contain iron (amongst other things) which I know we can lose a bit of during AF, so I figure that they can't be doing me any harm.

I take prenatals the whole time so should I ever get a bfp there will be sufficient folic acid in my system.

i take pregnitude, my prenates and a slu of other suppliments that are supposed to help with getting pregnant..never been told to stop..dont think im on anything that can cause bleeding i guess i would be told too if i was...


have you talked to your gp or obgyn about it?
