My cycle history is;

Cycle length: 28, 35, 28, 27, 25, 29, 33, 26.

Luetal phase is always 14 days.

I thought my cycles looked ok?

What?! Mine have been all over the place due to switching birth controls, breastfeeding, and just sheer time (I've been charting since mid-2009) but I've never gotten that message. How rude, FF!
Did it just give you a pop up message saying like, "By the wayyyyyy.....?" How did this play out, exactly?

I says this near where my cycle history is;

"Your cycles are irregular. This may impact your predictions. Please read our Irregular Cycles FAQ for detailed information and recommendations."

Well...they are irregular. Not sure what is wrong here?

Mine are also irregular :) Just means I need to do some extra planning and tracking with OPKs. x

Fluctuation by 1 or 2 days is considered regular, those are pretty irregular cycles to my eyes!

If your cycles are not consistently within a few days of length, you are irregular. It's not a big deal, as most still fall under a regular cycle length. I can have cycles from 29 to nearly 90 days. *That* makes it difficult!

Oh I didn't know that lol, I thought I was regular :dohh:

So if my LP is always 14 days, then if I had a 33day cycle I would ovulate CD20?

This is where I get confused. We're on our 5th cycle now, maybe that's why we haven't got a BFP yet? We're BD on the wrong days :(

My cycles are either 25 or 27 days depending on my Ovulation day, obviously im very regular with O on either day 12 or 14 and a 13 day luteal phase. Your longest cycle is 10 days longer than your shortest making you irregular. To have the best chance (you've already taken a great step by charting) you need to bd every other day from the end of af until ovulation is confirmed :thumbup:

Thank you :)

Would you recommend using OPKs or just stick with temps?

I recommend temping alone as the opks can a) be costly and b) be quite confusing!

Great, thanks, will try that this month, is there anything I can do to make me more regular?

U can get opk's from eBay really cheap, I prefer using them along side temping just incase I get an "off" temp, and as extra confirmation. I would chart for a few cycles first especially with irregular cycles

I use eBay cheapies to help track my O date as well, as my temps tend to be a bit rocky. Although, this month I have invested in a Clear Blue ovulation test! I have this problem atm, I have no idea how long my cycle will be, so no idea when I'll O! I'm using OPKs to see if I can predict it a little better, but will be temping.. Plus BDing every other day until I get a +OPK. Good luck! xx

I normally use OPK's just haven't for a few cycles, I usually only do them until CD14 though as I normally get a positive, now I'm wondering if they are true positives though. Will try them this month all cycle and see..
