Fibro Fog

I have Fibromyalgia - a chronic pain condition. One of the other wonderful side effects is - fatigue which is like pregnancy brain x 1000. I'll forget what I'm saying while I'm still speaking, forget even if I write things down or forget where I put the notebook. I know what's in my head and what I'm thinking and it's like my communication skills have been taken from me.



Sometimes it's really annoying. I'm not an idiot and I'm so over being a space cadet.

I know where your coming from, i have a less severe form of myalgic encephalomyelitis (me/cfs), which is kind of the same?
