Fibroids?

I had a scan today. Unrelated to being pregnant, I have been having pains and bleeding for over a year and they finally got me looked at. The woman said it is all fine and she can see no reason for my issues. The report she gave me for my GP says 1.5cm posterior intra-mural fibroid, well clear of internal os.

Anyone else have one? Google says they are common.

Jellybean was dated at 8+4 and looks healthy!

I do know they are very common- especially during pregnancy, and tend to not cause any issues.

Did they not give you any insight as to why you've had pains/bleeding for the past year? that would be frustrating not knowing what is going on... I'm dealing with pain below myself and currently no real answers as to why... not the same issue, but frustrating for sure.

I would just always ask about the fibroid during pregnancy scans... although they should keep an eye on them anyway (I would think?). Hope they can figure out whatever else is going on or it get's better.
