Does anyone else's LO fidget a lot while feeding? I've only recently managed to let Kai back on my breasts now my nipples have healed but he fidgets so much and whenever he turns his head he takes my nipple with him! I'm worried he'll make them sore again and I'll be back to square one. Do you think it's OK to hold his head whilst feeding him? I'd have to hold him pretty firmly as he's quite strong.

Simeon is the same... he is constantly wriggling, even when feeding. I tend to hold his head, I can't see anything wrong with that as when he wriggles so much it causes him to constantly latch then unlatch and I think sometimes he stops feeding when he isn't full just because he tires himself out... so I think holding his head is much better as he gets a proper feed and he doesn't seem to mind at all.
