Finally after 134 days AF arrived...hoping to regulate cycles!

Ladies...finally after 5 months af arrived....and with a vengence at that.
Im wondering for those of you who have had long cycles.... How long until they shortened? Im wanting to trc number and 1 and praying no more 5 month cycles.

do you know what causes your long cycles? do you have pcos by any chance? I started taking Metfmormin to hopefully shorten my cycles and regulate them but they werent ever that long! must be so hard waiting!

I had an ultrasound and bloods done 2 weeks ago and everything was perfect.... I think its just from the ocp stuffing me up. I hope the next isn't this bad. It sucks
