Finally getting this show on the road..

So after over a year of TTC and getting nowhere Hubby and I have decided to seek help from the doctors! It's a great first step, but I gotta tell you, it feels like we will NEVER get pregnant. I have VERY irregular periods and hardly ever ovulate. I just got blood work done today after fasting and hubby has a SA on the 10th of March to just rule out it being him before I get referred to a OBGYN Specialist.

I am taking Prenatal vitamins everyday, anything else I should do to prepare my body for becoming pregnant? Also after the blood work and the SA comes back good, then from there what is the next step? I just feel so lost..am I ever going to get pregnant?! So upsetting..
