At what age should we introduce finger food. Molly's was weaned early at 4 months (advise to) and typically has 2 meals a day usual porridge or broccoli cauliflower cheese in porridge form. She HATEs jar food or puréed food it has to be like porridge or mash it she won't eat it.
She's teething so always chewing on her hands.

I thought if remember when to go onto finger food but I really can't!

Any advice? Xx

I was going to post this very question! I'll be stalking Hun, s currently has puréed food or mashed food but don't know when to start giving her more lumpy food and finger foods xx

i started giving LO finger foods about 5.5 months old.
she was sat up well in her highchair, i tried her with soft foods like soften carrot, brocolli etc etc.

We BLW, so 6 months. If she can hold things and bring it to her mouth and chew properly than go for it. She'll love it since she's teething.

Gunna give it a shot tomorrow.
She's always chewing on her hands and will try and grab items off me now :)

Cheers all xx
