Finlay or Finley? Aaron or Arran?

Pretty set on the names above as a first and middle name but cant decide on the spelling (that's if we have a boy!) opinions please! x

I must vote for Arran as the middle name, because thats my 3 year olds first name! Arran is the scottish island, so its a great Scots name!
