First AF 10 week's after MC?

Hi, first off. I'm sorry for all your loses. Such a devastating and upsetting time for all. Our angels will always be shinning upon us.

Finally 10 week's after my miscarriage i'm hoping this is my first AF?
I was alway's regular and my cycle is 28 day's.

Light brown discharge last month with cramps that lasted less than an hour then went.

This month.
Period cramps, dull ache, headache and sharp pains.
First day light watery brown discharge, on and off throughout the day.
Next morning. Spots of brown and pink discharge when i wipe. Stringy dark red mucus when i use the restroom, but nothing on panty liner.
Nothing for the next day. Yesterday, dark brown discharge. No cramps.

Sorry for TMI. Just hoping this is an AF?


I was 6 week's when i had a natural miscarriage and was told i could start trying again. My periods were always heavy too.

Sorry no one has replied, the ladies are normally good at replying.

Firstly sorry for your loss

Ten weeks is a long time after a mc to not have AF yet. If you don't get full flow by Monday, I would seriously suggest that you head back to your doctor as I believe they can give you some medication to start AF again.
Another thing, have you taken a pregnancy test just to rule that out?

My first AF was very similar with the brown discharge for a few days but then i had awful cramps and then heavy bright red bleeding x
