First af after D&C?

I know this has been asked before but cant find the posts.
Just really want to know what af was like after D&C or mc?
I had D&C 4 weeks ago tomorrow. Today I have had a little spotting. I thought I had ov pains last sunday but now not so sure. I do keep thinking if it was ov pains this could be implantaion bleeding but have no idea and prob clutching at straws.

Any experiences would be great

Hey, my first period after erpc was about four weeks after I had it done and was like my normal periods apart from slightly heavier and more painful. I was told by my dr that if you were regular before your miscarriage then your periods after should return to normal and be as they were. Hope this helps and I am so sorry for your loss.

Thanks. I was very regular before so af would be due on tuesday. The only thing confusing me is ov pains last sunday which would coincide with implatation bleeding but I know its very unlikely.
I have no cramps which is not like me and still no red bleeding
